1. Set up the host screen
Open VideokeGo on the device connected to your speakers. If you're using a laptop and a TV, put the browser on the TV so everyone can see the lyrics. Keep that tab open while you sing.
Choose Create Room. You'll see a five-digit room number and a suggested four-digit password. Keep the password, edit it, or switch it off if everyone can join with just the room number. Choose Create Room again to start.
2. Invite your singers
Open Room on the host screen to show the QR code. Each singer scans it with their phone. If someone can't scan it, they can open VideokeGo, choose Join Room, and enter the room number and password if you set one.
Guests can browse and reserve songs on their phones. Their audio starts muted. If everyone is in the same room, leave it that way so the music comes from one set of speakers.
3. Queue the first song
Open Songs and search by title, artist, or song number. Tap the title to start singing when nothing is playing and the queue is empty. During a song, tapping another title puts it in the queue.
To collect everyone's choices before the music starts, use + beside each song. Open Queue to see the order, then press Play when the group is ready. Pause holds your place. Stop skips to the next reservation or ends playback if the queue is empty.
